USEFUL INFORMATION
Please note our temporary access arrangements for existing customers. A few people have asked about storage and the arrangements, for access, taking new units or just using the facility over the coming months.
If you need a new unit we have move in packs located inside the facility so you can have a no contact move in. Once you have your pack you can set up the rest from the comfort of your own home. You will receive the following in your pack:
Disposable Gloves
Sanitised Lock, Keys and Access Fob
AntiBac Hand Wipe
Move in Form (to be completed)
& a Complimentary Pen
We have limited interaction with customers on a day to day basis and once you have your fob, keys and know your unit number you really do not need to see us. There is rarely more than one customer here at a time, it is therefore easy to social distance & come and go very easily. We have added Hand Sanitisation points in the reception and outside the sliding door. Please use as necessary.
All common areas are cleaned with anti bacterial products twice a day. You can enter and exit without touching anything except your keys and your goods. If you would like storage simply fill out the quotation form and we will be in touch. If you do not want to see us we won't take it personally and equally it will not stop you from moving in or being able to keep using storage during this time. Some useful Information below:
Hand Washing & AntiBac Points
If you enter the building follow the signs to reception to wash your hands and use the antibac gels. If closed an antibac point is outside the sliding loading bay entrance.
Reception Opening Hours
We have revised attended opening hours for reception to ensure our staff are safe. Our customers will get a full albeit altered service. Staff will be in attendance during the following hours and available at any other time on 01491 693300 Revised reception hours are shown on the home page
